  • This space is located on the upper level at Studio Row. Entry to this space is the NORTH building.

  • The average booking for this venue is $1000 for a 4-hour contract or $250/hr.

  • This space accepts bookings for up to 75 guests. Additional space can be added if needed.

  • Each booking is a minimum of 4 hours.

  • You are allowed to bring food and beverages on-site. We ask that all alcoholic beverages are to be dispensed at the bar by a bartender or server.

    Contact box office at 202-618-5483 if requesting a cash bar with your booking.

  • NO. Smokers may smoke at the end of the hallway on the rooftop. Our rooftop is a decorative space used by events on a daily.

  • Yes. Connect your devices or show content during your booking.

  • Yes. Provide your own DJ or use club a/v.

  • This space has access to 3 public bathrooms on the upper level of studio row.
