  • This space is located on the upper level at Studio Row at the end of that hallway. Entry to this space is in the south building.

  • The average booking for this venue is $1000 for a 4-hour contract or $250/hr.

    If patrons wish to smoke indoors, there is a $250 cleaning fee.

  • This space accepts bookings for up to 150 guests. Additional space can be added if needed.

  • Each booking is a minimum of 4 hours.

  • You are allowed to bring food and beverages on-site. We ask that all alcoholic beverages are to be dispensed at the bar by a bartender or server.
